A $10 cancellation processing fee applies for any refunds issued prior to April 30. This amount will be deducted when your refund is issued. Due to the importance of coordinating and aligning participants with select game titles (especially our monster gaming venue), for any cancellations made after April 30, we can only extend a 50% refund or full credit towards a future CSW Expo.
