Propose Your Special Event

To facilitate gathering all special event proposals for CSW Expo 2008, we have created a Special Events Submission form. Typical venues are playtest sessions, organized tournament-format play, and seminars. We encourage all publishers, designers, and developers to submit their special event (typically, playtest sessions). We will have a Special Events page that lists all venues available shortly.

I would like to run a WAR MOVIE quiz on either the Firday or the Saturday night, depending on when is deemed best. Ideally the chapel might be the best place for it but I am open to ideas. Would need a video screen projection system.
Teams of no less than 2 and no more than 4 players, each team can also choose one film as their specialty. (Teams can choose the whatever they like, even if another team has already chosen the same film)

Lance,
When do the teams have to inform you on which movie is their specialty? That is, how much advance notice will you need?
Thanks.

Hi Mike, the more notice the better, preferably by May 1st I think. Teams do not have to have a speciality round to enter, but obviously if they do, they'll have a better chance of winning.

John and I have fixed the game for the Friday night. It will start we think around 8.30pm to allow people to have some dinner first, but that will be finalised later.
