That's a Wrap! CSW Expo 2011

Thanks to all for a fantastic CSW Expo 2011 event. We experienced our second largest turnout in our eleven years, and it was a thrill to spend a week with so many great people. Let me cut to the chase by announcing our dates for 2012 are now set.

June 25 - July 1, 2012

We've opted for this later date because we've never offered a timeframe in which educators or those involved with graduation ceremonies could be free and clear to attend the event. Also, we realize Origins is now taking place just after Memorial Day, and we know a few of you would like to have the chance to attend both events. Finally, the overnight hotel rate will actual drop by another $5 for next year, but it would have been bumped up by around $10-12/nightly if we had gone with an earlier date that would have hit higher seasonal rates.

We hope this new date will not only work for those who have attended in the past, but obviously we hope to finally have a chance to welcome educators and those who would otherwise have kids graduating that would keep them away from the Expo as has been the case in the past. And don't worry, we do all our gaming indoors -- so while it may be hotter outside, we offer the same cool and comfortable gaming surroundings that can't be beat!

We hope to see you next year at CSW Expo 2012! We will open online registrations just after the New Year (January 2012).
