Registration
Registration is a simple, two-step process.
Step 1: Complete the registration form (register here)
Step 2: Submit your online payment for the $110 Full Expo Registration Fee (or $75 for the 3-Day Pass).
Note: Single-day passes will be available at the door (no advance purchase) for $30 per day.
It’s that simple. Once we receive your registration and online payment, you will appear on our Attendee and Game Sign-up page. If you submit your Full Expo ($110) payment by April 30, 2025, you will receive your Expo shirt for FREE! Please note that the Full Expo price increases to $120 effective May 1, 2025.

SPECIAL HOTEL GROUP RATE
For those traveling to join us, we’ve secured a special group rate at our venue, Tempe Mission Palms Hotel, the official site of CSW Expo TEMPE. Place your online reservation. Remember that early set-up begins at 8 pm on Friday, July 11, 2025.
Please note this group rate is only available for a limited time. For local (daily) commuters, we have arranged FREE parking with the hotel.
When booking online, be sure to adjust the dates for your stay if necessary. Per the default date setting, we anticipate most attendees arriving and checking in on Friday, July 11, and checking out on Saturday, July 19.
