Great question! No, you will want to submit our official CSW Registration Form where you can make your gaming selections. Once you do so, we can add you to the Expo site sign-up sheet.

The signup sheet will display all those who may have similar gaming requests. We will send you privately an Expo attendee email roster so you can contact attendees directly. This is a great way to coordinate on what games you wish to play during CSW Expo.

We will also provide match-play services on-site during the Expo event.

Yes, you can change your gaming selections at any time. Simply use our Contact Page to let us know what changes you wish to make.

We understand that Real-Life (TM) can get in the way! Please use our Contact Page to inform us and we will refund your registration fee.

Please note you can receive a FULL CREDIT for our next Expo event, or we will refund your registration fee, less a $10 processing fee, since there is work required to process cancellations on our Expo site.

For MONSTER games that have sufficient participants, you will receive reserved table space. You will be contacted about two weeks before the Expo event, asking for your table requirements, so no action is needed before then.

For SMALLER games, we provide ample open-gaming table space for you to choose from. These tables are all clearly marked for open-gaming purposes.

Yes, we rent out plexiglass on a first-come, first-serve basis starting Friday, July 10 at 8 PM when our doors open early. We cannot accept reservations for plexiglass.

We also encourage local gamers and those driving in to bring extra plexi-glass which you can rent out as you wish to fellow attendees. There is also a Home Depot several miles from th event site if you wish to purchase your own plexiglass.

We encourage you to bring out games that you wish to play, but you can coordinate with others who may be able to provide the game that you may be playing with. By contacting attendees in advance, this is a good topic for discussion.

We will offer some tournament match play although the focus is on Monster and Open-Gaming activities. There will also be a host of publishers and designers who will be facilitating game play or running playtest sessions during CSW Expo. Rest assured there will be many gaming opportunities afforded to you if you don’t have anything lined up in advance.

Be sure to reserve your room using our CSW Expo Group Rate and you will secure a free breakfast coupon. Breakfast is served starting at 7 AM daily. Also, beginning on Sunday, July 12th, we will host breakfast briefing sessions where we will offer gaming activity reports and brief talks from publishers/designers who are in attendance.

For those with limited availability to attend CSW Expo, you can secure a Three-Day Pass for $75. This pass is flexible and can be used for any three days during CSW Expo (the days do not need to be consecutive).
