To ensure the privacy of our attendees, the Attendee Email Roster is accessible only via a special link you will receive soon. We will be sending out this special link as soon as our Game Sign-ups are posted below. You can coordinate game-play activities in preparation for CSW Expo TEMPE 2026 by contacting attendees.

We remind attendees to submit payment to complete their registration no later than March 31, 2026, to take advantage of our early-bird special offer for a FREE Expo shirt (eligible to those who sign-up for the Full Expo Pass).

How to read the game sign-up sheet
Games are listed according to player preference, from first choice through honorable mention. If you see a blue highlight, at least two players have signed up for the same game as their top choice (or it’s an officially sponsored event).

The green highlight indicates where more than one player has signed up for the same game. A blue highlight under the First Choice column indicates reserved table space will be provided based on current sign-ups. We encourage attendees to reference the attendee roster above to coordinate gameplay in advance. All registered attendees will receive an email with info on accessing our Attendee Roster which includes attendee e-mail addresses.

There are three tabs at the bottom of the sheet to view “Monster Game” and “Open-Gaming” selections, as well as all our “Featured Game Sessions.”
